UDMF: More linedef types

Based on !1680 (merged), merge that one first.

This branch adapts most of the remaining linedef types to UDMF. The few that are still missing either involve the blentran branch (!1656 (merged)) or sector fields (which I'm going to tackle in the next UDMF branch).
