5 second RTA penalty erroneously applied to all level loads

A temporary fix was recently made to RTA runs in Marathon Run. It's intended to add 5 seconds to the timer if the player loads a live-event backup of their run, due to the 5 seconds the player spends on the intermission screen that isn't accounted for in the backup. (!1048 (merged))

However, the penalty is instead applied every time a level is loaded, whether restored from a backup or not.

  1. Start Marathon Run
  2. Set category to Live Event Backup
  3. Set timer to Realtime
  4. Watch the timer at the bottom as GFZ1 loads. The timer starts at 5 seconds.

An extra 5 seconds is then added on when the player reaches GFZ2, and so forth.
