Removed thokked when hitting springs (resolves #1245)
The simplest way of fixing the issue. Obviously allows ability reuse after touching a midair horizontal spring but I don't really see a problem with that. It already removed PF_SHIELDABILITY
anyways. Resetting everything and not just the whirlwind shield is more consistent design.
Note: Tails & Knuckles are already forced out of ability when hitting springs, so no problem there. Exiting Bounce sets PF_THOKKED so Fang does not need special behaviour either.
